Beginning October 1, 2018, trials in child welfare court will occur in D12 on Monday afternoons at 1 PM. Juvenile justice trials will be moved from Monday afternoons to Friday afternoons at 1 PM at the Juvenile Services Center (JSC). Criminal is Now Accepting E-filing for Criminal Case Types - Subsequent Filings Only! E-filing is now more widely available for most criminal case types on subsequent filings.
